Delete your Weight Tracker data
Weight Tracker, by Ten Gallon Apps, LLC, can sync your weights between your devices after you buy Sync Devices and sign in with Google. This page explains how to delete what sync stored in the cloud.
In the app
- Open Weight Tracker on any device signed in to sync.
- Go to Settings, then tap Delete synced data.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
Your synced data is deleted right away, sync turns off, and your other devices sign out of sync on their own.
Without the app
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Weight Tracker data". Send it from the Google account you signed in with, or include that account's email address. We reply to confirm the request and delete your data within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Every weighing stored for sync: its date, time, weight, unit, and note.
- Your sign-in record: the email address, name, profile photo link, and account ID of the Google account you signed in with.
What is kept
- The weights on your phones and tablets. Deleting synced data never removes them; uninstalling the app does.
- Your Sync Devices purchase, which belongs to your Google Play account. You can sign in and sync again at any time.
- Google, which stores the synced data for us, may keep copies in its backups for up to 180 days before they are erased.
- If you email us, we keep that email conversation.
